Good product i am from Pakistan
I wanted to leave a very SPECIAL review to the Perry Ellis in Grapevine Mills Mall. I came in with a goal to complete a wedding outfit and I left 200% satisfied with my purchase. I was helped by Vic who did an excellent job in helping pick out my attire. He has great knowledge on the product of Perry and has superior customer service. Very pleased with my visit at Perry and am looking forward to coming back and purchasing more.
I purchased four shirts at this location #559 on July 19, 2024. I WAS NOT informed of their return policy PRIOR to my purchase. I bought these items as a birthday gift to my husband. The shirts do not fit him. I come to return the items only to be told very casually “Ok guys, these cannot be return.” I was then informed that clearance items are not returnable, had I been informed PRIOR to my purchase, I would not have purchased them for as I said they were a birthday gift that I was unsure would fit.
