This is Phyllis Wilcox and I manage the office here at Perry Cove Mobile Home and RV park. We love our tenants and treat them as family. The review Pat gave, which name she uses Ron, that is her husband, is not true. She never put in any work orders nor let us know of any problems within her unit. If she isn't happy here she can always move, we aren't twisting her arm to make her stay. Like I said, we love our tenants and treat them as family and they seem very happy here.
