It’s hard to get a hold of anyone to make an appointment. I call and no one answers the phone at all but says you are now caller number 1 after being on for over 15 mins then sends you to a voicemail to never get a call back. I am new to the area so I’m not sure if there is a better place locally or do I need to go into Hohenwald? I have seen Hannah Dixon, who did a great job, when I was able to make the connection. I am new to the area. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly. Did not have to wait long at all. And NP Vivian Stokes was very good. She listened to me and didn't rush me through. I am going to continue using them for my health care. Very satisfied😀

My daughter had an appointment at 2pm, at 2:45 she still was not seen. But 5 other people walked in behind us and were called to the back within 5 mins of waiting! Then was told I have her down for 2:30. I walked in at 1:50pm! NEVER AGAIN!!!
