My wife came in with overwhelming pain. Cannot swallow, drink, is breastfeeding our 1 month old. Her milk supply is dropping and our baby is hungry. They did not have any recommendations, on what is causing the issue, no ultrasound device, no scope for her throat, offered zero help. They didn’t even have her see a doctor, it was a nurse. They did not even try to find anything, this hospital is useless and we will never go back. I suggest going to a real hospital or emergency room, even a minute clinic has treated her better.... read more

Small staff but kind and was seen right away for our sick kid. No wait time arriving early Saturday morning. Clean and modernized equipment. Doesn’t have everything the big cities have, but that’s to be expected for a small town.

I recently visited Perry County Community Hospital ER after a dog bite, and I cannot say enough good things about the doctor and staff. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and professional from the moment I walked in. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and equipped with modern technology. I was truly impressed with the level of care I received. Thank you all for making a stressful situation so much easier.

Brought my wife in to the ER on a Sunday 4/26/26. HER face is swollen. We have been waiting 2 hours in a empty waiting room. Now we got told another 20 minutes or so. I realize this is not life threatening but, the place is a ghost town. I guess they should have left it closed.
