I've used Blacks for years now, but it seems they are no longer customer focused. Poor customer service, unorganized, and actually hid my car to make me think they had pulled it into a bay to be worked on. And when I asked for the keys, couldn't care less. Oh well.
They were by far the best experience I've had at any automotive shop. Isaac and Frankie went above and beyond to help me when I literally had to stay there overnight because my wheel had fallen off on the highway. They were the coolest and nicest people I could have encountered on a day that had ended so badly. If I could do more than 5 stars I would, this Blacks Tires is a place that will treat it's customers and their cars right.
