I ordered candles from their website at the beginning of June and still have not received them. They do not answer emails or respond to voice messages. Are they out of business???

I have yet to visit the actual location but I received 2 candles last year for Xmas and fell in love with Concrete+Jungle. I don't know how to describe it except for heavenly. Since I was coming to the end of my C+J I decided to reup and try something different. I bought Smoke+Mirrors and Dragon+Heart. I have not burned D+H yet but I already know I have to buy more S+M. Great scents . Lingers well. Quality product!
I bought the citrus+mint room spray and it is so good! I spritz it once and the scent lingers in the air for hours. When I think it's gone, and I leave the room to come back later, surprisingly the smell is still there! I love to spritz it before I go to sleep as well, it helps with a good nights rest.
