Awful experience. Called for more clarification on the quote (given to me 6/5). Wasnt on the phone for more than 4 minutes and Service advisor ************************* said I cant sit here and talk for 30 min, and hung up on me. Will never bring in any vehicle and cannot recommend this shop at all.
I've been to Perry Automotive in the past and they have provided great service, but recently I took my ****** Maxima because it randomly stalled out, which usually doesn't happen on an automatic vehicle. I took it to Perry because they were the only shop with an available opening that wasn't weeks out. My windshield wipers randomly stopped working I was told it was a motor that would cost about ******* to replace. Upon receiving a call that my Jeep was ready for pick I was told the airbag light was on. I told them it wasnt when I dropped it, I was at first called a liar and told it was and then the owner agreed it wasnt but he didnt have time to fix it. We were overbooked and decided to work this customer in because she knew a friend that had recommended us. When the vehicle was pulled in the airbag light was on. Of course that is not according to the customer. When the owner came up, the customer was upset and had our customer service representative on the verge of tears. We take that very seriously. Brought my car in for new spark plugs, liquid flush and refill, and brake pads. Spent over $1800, and now my car has check engine light and jumping gears hard. The owner told me to give him a call and that he would be there today but wasn't. They offered to look at the car again, but it would cost the $149 service fee. Obviously, they did something to the car. Do not bring your vehicle here unless you want more problems with it.

This is not truthful ! The vehicle came in for transmission issues and diagnosed a bad transmission! We quoted a transmission and it was declined! We have proof of transaction and PS I personally diagnosed vehicle and will be looking at tomorrow for free to try to help! ********************** was in full knowledge of thuis before the other rec. Repairs! It was only brought in for harsh shift in transmission and we recommended these other repairs and he declined the transmission!
Perry Automotive *** has screwed up. After having them repair several different things over the couple of years that weve had our ****** Murano they have finally failed us. About four months ago we had some leaks that we wanted to be fixed I asked him to take it to Perry where I trusted them to do the work correctly. They gave us an estimate on the leaks they found there were five they got in there to do the work replaced our power steering pump replaced a couple you know seals/gaskets. I took a 2005 Pontiac in for a wheel bearing replacement on the right side because I don't have a grauge. Told them to do what ever needs to be done as long as they could keep it under $700 because it shook going over 60 mph I got the car they did proper repairs but the car still had a shake over 60 mph I didn't have time to look at it and went to put winter tires on at *******in ******* **, everyone was so busy I left the car over night to get it in their and they had to cut the lug off to change the tire because some idiot... read more

Customer is Steven's girlfriend and the owner has been in contact with both. Customer chose not to take a refund or credit. We do not test drive vehicles above 40-50 miles per hour due to safety and the speed limits around our area. The lug nut in question was on the left side of the car and we replaced the right wheel bearing, so this has little to do with what Perry Automotive has done. This is an attempt to equal the playing field... we service 1000 plus vehicles a month and have only 2 to 5 complaints a month that we are always trying to make right... great ratio....
I have had occasion to interact with several employees and every one of them has been friendly, helpful and provided outstanding service; they keep my car running well at a very ressonable cost.
