This is our 2nd or 3rd time working with Perry Aire Services, and they continue to provide wonderful service! This time around our bathroom sink needed fixing, and we met Brendan. Very polite, efficient, and mindful person! He explained everything very clearly, and after finishing the repair made sure everything was clean and put back. Thank you Brendan, and Perry Aire for the consistent and quality work you all do!
NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE! Technician, John Shifflet, supposedly seasoned fan coil / electrician professional. Nothing professional about him or his service. My appointment was at 8am, he arrived at 9:35am. He didn't check the address and disturbed another apartment tenant. His clothing was filthy and disheveled. He had no shoe protection and proceeded into my home with his work boots! Looked at my electrical panel and said, "I've never seen a panel like this." definitely recommend doing a little homework when working with this business because they will rip you off if you let them we needed our control board replaced and Steve tried to charge us $2k+ to do that and spray our coils with a foam cleaner. he called a common control board a special order, and said he wouldnt provide me the part number so that i wouldnt be able to shop around. i just wanted to understand how the overall price was justified, but it became clear that it wasnt an honest price and they will rip you off if t... read more
Needed work done on shower. Estimate was $800 more than the next company we had look. Extremely overpriced.
Extremely disappointing experience. We specifically called this company to clean a convector coil and explained that the work was time-sensitive because the unit is under contract. The office manager said they had an immediate opening and could perform the work that same day. We were told in advance that the service call would cost $115, cover the first 30 minutes, and that any additional work would be billed at $150 per hour.
