One star. Extremely disappointing experience with Perry Aire Services. The technician, John Shifflett, arrived looking completely unprofessional. His pants were sagging, shirt untucked, and overall presentation did not inspire confidence. Unfortunately, the service itself matched the appearance. He spent about an hour working on the unit and told me everything was fixed and the air was back on. Then he left to move his car because he was unhappy about parking in the garage.
