They are just incredible people and they have a real passion to carry the name and brand of Perrottas after 4 full generations. This was the easiest part of our remodel experience! Katie and John were so wonderful to work with as far as planning, choosing the material and measuring. They made us aware of how progress was going. We came into a small issue once they started cutting the stone (no fault of theres, just how the stone wasn’t cutting properly) . Perrotta installed granite countertops with a large stainless steel undermount sink in my home. 9 years later, cleaners at the house inadvertently caused the sink to experience a catastrophic failure by standing in the sink, no fault of Perrotta. I went to the shop with the sink and Katie was able look up my invoice from 9 years ago and send a 3 man crew out within one hour of my arrival at the shop and reattach the sink to the granite.
