I retained this firm and attorney Zach Moore to represent my sister in a custody case involving her child. She paid a $5,000 retainer expecting full legal representation. On the scheduled court date, the attorney called and stated he would either need to reschedule the hearing or, if it proceeded as scheduled, he would be extremely late.
