I am a licensed Health Care Agent, I help patients with their insurancecplans, especially the elderly. I assigned my parents here because the clInic is close to home, both were treated with patience and high level of care. I personally recommend Perris Clinic to all my patients for their personal needs.
I am here at the Perris clinic at the shopping center right in front of the dollar general. I have been standing in front of the receptionist desk for several minutes now, after waiting and not acquiring anyone I decided to grab a Buisness card and phone the desk maybe someone will come to the front. For the love of good customer service that our nation is known for I noticed that the phone is on silent and just see the indication light flicker but no in sight or any due diligence whatsoever this place is not recommended.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! Unprofessional, almost lost my job waiting for the documentation they said they would provide and sign off just to be told a week later they would not sign it off after all. They told me I had to go somewhere else and that place told me I had to get it from them, this clinic does not know what they are doing!!
