We contacted Perrino in 2021 (under 2 years ago) about reworking our detached garage space. It required a $2500 retainer that would be put towards the build of the project. We went back and forth several times (as seen in attached emails) that the drawing measurements were not correct and our contact there agreed. While still not having correct dimensions, we were quoted $123,000 + We decided to pause to save money and work to getting the correct measurements. We had purchased a couch from them a few years ago. The couch is wonderful, however because of how they treated me and my grandmother, we cannot recommend them at all. They first told us to go to where the on sale couches were, followed us there and when we checked the rest of the store, they just kept following us around. I paid in full for the couch($2100) in 2019(and the couch was also not on sale by the way), but they definitely did not want us in there because we didn’t look “rich” enough.
