Rob has done HVAC work for us on multiple occasions, both at home and at our rental property. World-class service and workmanship every time. The most recent time we had an AC unit stop working in the middle of a heat wave; our tenants were melting in 88 degree heat in their apartment. We texted Rob at 9pm, he was over first thing the next morning, and he FIXED the aging AC unit...I imagine other contractors might have taken advantage of our situation and sold us a new one!
