Waited over two weeks for this appointment to get valve stems and wheel balancing done. I also asked them to check the parking brake while it was already in the shop. After an hour and a half, they came back and admitted they forgot to tell the tech to do the balancing at all. Instead of fixing their mistake, they sent me off with the tires still unbalanced — the very thing I booked the appointment for and have already been driving around three weeks waiting on. Stopped here to put air in the tire of my van and found out they have a free air station on the side closest to Debs place
THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!! Our ford explorer unexpectedly broke down while in VT (on July 3-right before the holiday). Perras Auto went above and beyond by squeezing us in (we arrived to their shop about an hour and a half before they were supposed to close for the holiday).
