This is the best prefab ADU company I work with. Kathy Anderson, the owner, is always responsive and right-on as to telling you the truth about costs, timing, and what many omit from their bids. Beware the bid that sounds too good to be true. Work with a totally reputable company like Perpetual Homes and avoid those nasty surprises. They would be my ADU comapny if I would ever add one to my home.
I had high hopes for Perpetual because of the positive reviews here on Google, but my experience was disappointing. I scheduled a consultation that was confirmed for Wednesday morning. At the time of the meeting, I received a message from their assistant, Vanessa, saying Katherine was unavailable for the entire day and asking if I wanted to reschedule. I agreed—things happen.
