Kirsten did an amazing job working out the many knots and tension held throughout my body. Her space is welcoming, clean and she is very knowledgeable. She took her time and provided suggested exercises that I can do at home. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

Kirsten is an incredibly talented message therapist IMHO. I hadn’t seen her since pre covid, and tried a few other message therapists looking for deep tissue massage for shoulder and middle back pains.
