I have primarily only worked with Matt, who has been nothing but kind and accommodating. These guys turn a bad situation into a better one. No hassles, strings attached, etc. Installation was quick. I wish they accepted payments online instead of in person or on the phone only. It's 2025...
I really dreaded the whole interlock thing (consequences of my own actions aside) because of how many bad things I've heard. Everything was very cut and fit... no hidden fees, no bullcrap. My technician Joel was very laid back and easy to work with. If you have a choice between this and intoxalock, go with these guys 1000%

This is the first time having an interlock. I was recommended by someone who told me that they didn't use dishion but wish they would of. I'm happy I did. Problems and issues happen but Michael always comes through. Even when he is dealing with a cold. I appreciate him and he has made my life not so difficult at times.
Do not do business with this company. I was told from Michael Guzman it would cost $95 to install a Lifesafer device and the monthly fee would be $95. When it was installed they charged $164. Then when trying to leave the place that installed the device, the Lifesafer device locked me out 3 times. Each time I had to wait 5 minutes to try again. I was not blowing hard enough, then I was not humming and blowing. So I had the device taken out and then they charged another $26. I paid $190 for nothing. Again, do not do busines w... read more
