John hung up large and heavy lighted snowflakes before Christmas. We were pleased with the outcome, and communication was easy. We called John again to change out the wax seal on one of our toilets. He responded quickly and was able to come out the next day. He wore his mask the entire time, was polite, and worked quickly. We will definitely continue contacting John for other projects.
