My one year old daughter, mother and I went to see Tracy. We all enjoyed our experience! We could tell Tracy has amazing attention to detail. She goes out of her way to double and triple check for an appropriate fit with your bracelet. She is very knowledgeable with the materials of that chains she provides (14k gold and sterling silver, as well as mixed metals) and knows how to provide the best result for each material. Mixed reviews, kinda disappointing as I purchased these for gifts for someone friends. She was easy to book with, friendly, professional. I wish she would have made them feel more welcome as it was a surprise and were driving in an unknown residential area and/or helped them understand the process of what she does. Unfortunately we also found the exact same bracelets at hobby lobby for $5.99 :/
