I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Lawrence at Peruse Dental. After administering the local anaesthetic, she did not allow sufficient time for it to properly take effect before beginning to drill. I was clearly in pain and was wincing in the chair, so it was very obvious that I was uncomfortable. After about 10–15 minutes, she had to stop the procedure and put the tooth back to how it was using a temporary filling, and told me I would need to come back to complete the treatment.
