Had to shut off water to the house during the first day of the storm. Called Perot and spoke with the owner. Was told he could get out 2 days later. Tried calling him numerous times to confirm the schedule without success. When I did get ahold of him- by luck- on the afternoon of the day we were scheduled for service, he knew absolutely nothing about my call, said he would ‘try to handle the local people’, estimated his response at ‘maybe another two days’ and was plainly overwhelmed. Had a pipe pop like so many I'm sure from this freeze. Chris had been working all day but squeezed us in as his last call this evening. I've used him for many repairs in the past from sprinklers to leaks and he always does a great job. Plus he's a Bellaire guy and I love supporting somebody local.
Chris was very timely and did a super job!
Chris worked me into his schedule quickly. His workmanship was excellent. I will call him again next time I have a plumbing problem.
