Horrible experience. We picked a beautiful walnut slab despite the extremely high price tag- it was over 4,000 dollars, three times the cost of the other countertop we were considering- and were asked to pay the full amount upfront. This was a horrible mistake because it meant that there was no leverage when things started to go wrong. The sales person in Peroba sprayed the slabs we looked at with water, so we could compare them, saying "it would show the finished color".
