I had a procedure by Dr. D’Souza today. She was very friendly, explained everything she was going to do and listened to my questions. After my procedure she came to talk to me. Explained what she did and what she found. I am so fortunate to be in her care.
I was referred to Dr. D'Souza by my family Doctor for unexplained abdominal pain. All of my tests came back basically normal and there was nothing remarkable. I was very concerned and frustrated as I couldn't get a clear diagnosis for the abdominal pain I was experiencing. It took a few months to finally see Dr. D'Souza as she has a very busy practice. Was supposed to get results in March. They canceled on me and rescheduled to very end of April. Today they canceled AGAIN and booked me for late JUNE. This is an unacceptable way to treat a patient.
