I told quality control several times that there was a specific defect that was making the wheels not rolls correctly. They didn't care and just said that's China fault. So basically to USA military contracts the quality control doesn't do anything. Literally nothing. They just say blame China and and don't even tell China the problem but they don't care. They sell the SmartDrive. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. It is a death trap. The company makes you buy a smartwatch to activate it knowing it has connection issues and can't guarantee it will stop. I crashed 4x. 2 of which put me out of my chair. Their response "sorry, not sorry. Buy another device that we can't guarantee will work." Stuck to your manual chair or get into a power chair. Do not buy the SmartDrive from this company!

Read before you work here!! Very bad communication. Used to work here. Was told I was making up my anxiety so I could work from home when I had a new rx written from my dr. When I went to my manager for my dr switching my anxiety medicine and the side effects i was feeling due to the recent switch to, I get pulled in to the office of VP of Customer Experience Don, and told by him and Rolly (no longer with the company to cover there tracks) that I was making it up.
