I would rate zero if I could. This company has a strategy to charge each customer the maximum amount of money. For small projects do the drawings yourself. Find out what the city requires. Thanks for your response. However, the plans were done in a way that were extremely over engineered. For example double 2 x 6 wall studs, 4 feet deep footings. All these things needed to be revised.
