Permidt completed a sewer scope for a client purchasing a home. Unfortunately, this aspect of their service was not a great experience. The technicians were unable to determine how to record the video and suggested that I record it on my phone, which felt unprofessional. Additionally, there was a language barrier that made communication difficult throughout the process.
Analyzed our basement seepage issue and suggested a sump and pump installation. It’s been working great for 25 years!
