The lobby is cold and uninviting, nothing posted to which window you check into with, the nurse that took me to a room, cold and uninviting, asked me what medication I’m taking. I informed her that they are listed on my intake paperwork, she left the room to get the information leaving her computer in the room and open, HIPPA violation. The doctor spoke to me and said she’d order blood work and then I left. No one told me they drew blood to go to lobby and wait. So I had to go back to get the blood work done.
