I was having problems getting a ride with the VA. I had called the Friday before my appointment. Debbie rudely called back and left message. First thing Monday morning I called had to leave another message for Debbie and had explained my circumstances. Called back 4 hours later. Finally Debbie was there. Explained situation. I don’t think I’ve ever written a bad review but as someone in the medical field this was my worst visit to date. I know people have bad days but not even on my worst day I would be this way. She looked like she did not care. She walked in the room said “so what’s wrong with you” I told her she invalidated my symptoms. Gave me medication for a symptom I’m not even experiencing. Then said call if it works. Recommended I do an EGD, with no explanation. Even though a colonoscopy seemed much more appropriate for my symptoms. It ... read more
