This dealer should not be in business. Customer service (K***** ********) should be taught how to relate to people. Lack of updating on our vehicle (new 2023 Nissan truck) that was at their service center for weeks at a time. After the 4th time had to insist on a loaner which took 6 days before getting, she didn't care at all how it inconvenienced our family. My dad has had an absolute nightmare experience with the service department. He took his vehicle on May 28th to get service because it started having issues, more specifically leaking oil, regardless of being a brand new 2024 **********. The department has given him the run around when it comes to getting his truck back which he needs to get around. Absolutely horrible dealership! I called and asked about a truck on their website. The salesman said it was available, but still in transit, and should be there in a few days. So I put down a $5000 deposit. About an hour later I got a call saying the dealership owner was asking for full payment up front. I said there was no way I was going to do that without even seeing the vehicle, thats what the deposit was for.
