DO NOT take your vehicle to their service department. They schedule you an appointment and you take it in on your appointment day and they do not service your vehicle for months. Why schedule you to bring it in if they are not ready for it? Why do these oilfield contracts trump over everyone else’s vehicles? They do their customers wrong. They lie to their customers on the phone and they never ever return your calls! They do not care!

This dealer should not be in business. Customer service (K***** ********) should be taught how to relate to people. Lack of updating on our vehicle (new 2023 Nissan truck) that was at their service center for weeks at a time. After the 4th time had to insist on a loaner which took 6 days before getting, she didn't care at all how it inconvenienced our family. We are at an age that we want dependable vehicles and that is unfortunately not what we have. We have looked into the lemon law for our state and will be pursuing that ... read more

My dad has had an absolute nightmare experience with the service department. He took his vehicle on May 28th to get service because it started having issues, more specifically leaking oil, regardless of being a brand new 2024 **********. The department has given him the run around when it comes to getting his truck back which he needs to get around. Absolutely horrible dealership! I called and asked about a truck on their website. The salesman said it was available, but still in transit, and should be there in a few days. So I put down a $5000 deposit. About an hour later I got a call saying the dealership owner was asking for full payment up front. I said there was no way I was going to do that without even seeing the vehicle, thats what the deposit was for.
