Husband had appointment to check vasectomy, had him wait in office for 1.5 hours because they double booked their schedule, just to hand him a lab paper when the labs closed in 30 minutes so he was unable to do the lab because they made him wait so long there was not enough time. Had to a day take off work and drive 2 hours to Texas for this appointment. Then 2 hours home. Wasted his entire day and he was unable to find out if his vasectomy was successful. Very unprofessional
I see all these reviews but the question is is how do you get an appointment I've been trying to get an appointment for 2 weeks now and I have a Foley my insurance doesn't require a referral with that being said my doctor said he has sent several referrals to the facility but I still can't seem to get an appointment. There's not very many urologist centers here and most of the doctors are there. When you call it goes to a call center , hopefully they'll see this in contact me cuz I need an appointment

Por favor no vallan a esta clínica que es una estafa tú llega a la hora que te toca la consulta y te atiendes una hora después te dicen que orine y que lo ponga en una bandeja blanca y eso no tienes explicación por qué no se sabe para que lo quieres por qué no te hacen nada. Bueno el médico me atendió no me miró ni la cara y me dijo que yo no tenía nada en los riñones y yo llevo el escáner que me avían echo y el me dijo que el estaba 100% que había botado en calculo del riñón nose cómo pero bueno muy 260 dólares que me robar... read more
Waiting three hrs for 5 min conversation charging to transfer records when you try to go away from him. Had an appointment at 2 pm had to leave by 4 and still hadn’t seen me because they were so backed up and he tried to charge cancelation fee.
