Had some hiccups at first but Great service and got the job done in a timely manner. All the techs were very professional, 10/10 reccomend!
Showed up very fast after calling. Always very professional and with a guarantee. Doesn't over charge very fair and reasonable!
So our insurance company cinch sent them out they denied our claim saying it was preexisting damage. Which means we had to come out of pocket for a loose needle on the suction side, and a little bit of Freon. Which our insurance covers. The problem is Cesar with pure air came out and acted like he had betters things to do, he never checked the inside unit. Where the problem was dead in his face. Today started off like a Monday gone wrong! Two men from Pure Air of Midland came and made my day brighter. They serviced my air conditioner and then had to stay at my home an additional 15 minutes because of my mistakes. Thanks for a job well done.
