Initial appointment didn't go well. Took husband with me second time and it was much better. Not sure if I would recommend this place or not to be honest.
I had to get an ingrown toenail removed with them. I was very anxious for the procedure. The staff was so kind and friendly, comforting me in various conversation that made me feel at ease. Dr.Brown was absolutely amazing. He did the procedure quick and easy. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend them. One of the best experiences I had with a doctor even with my anxiety. My toe is practically fully healed now, and I have no problems returning. Amazing staff and doctor!
Fast and friendly.
I was really nervous about my appointment because of the possible pain. I had an in-grown toenail that got infected and being a runner I needed it fixed asap. Dr. Brown and his staff were incredible! The only pain I felt was with the numbing injection. The actual procedure I felt nothing at all and it lasted less than 5 minutes. Incredible experience and I can get back to running tomorrow.
I'm not sure why anyone would say his front staff is friendly. I'm almost 50 & have never felt so unwelcome in a dr office. The front staff would laugh together & as soon as the window opened she would drop the smile & act like I was almost a burden being there. That being said the Dr is absolutely amazing & I not once felt rushed,he listened to everything about my medical history & tried to fix & explain the issue & find a treatment.
