I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Permia Care in Ft. Stockton. Last month I arrived for a scheduled appointment regarding a prescription refill or medication adjustment. The mental health professional did not show up, and no one notified me ahead of time. I was simply left there without any help or guidance.
