Death is never easy, but I have a great appreciation for companies that treat people with kindness and compassion when it’s their business to work with customers going through some of the life’s toughest moments. My mother recently passed away and it was very sudden. Permeco made the experience so much easier than it otherwise would have been. They responded quickly to all our inquiries and designed a beautiful marker that is timeless - one that went beyond our expectations and very reasonably priced (no hidden fees like other places). No one tried to "upsale" either. EVERYONE was so kind and helpful (and patient). I highly recommend them. They made an extremely difficult time as easy as it could be.
