Had an issue with a few pillars on my deck railing and the customer service was AMAZING. Everything from the initial call to Madilyn in the Chesterfield, MO office and her awesome follow-up to Having Jimmie Fox coming out to reseal our pillars. Jimmie is very Knowledgable and friendly, punctual and did a great job!! thanks Permaseal for your great customer service, it makes dealing with you easy!!
Jim came to our home and thoroughly explained the product and process to us. He answered our questions and helped us know how best to prepare for the work.
Ricky showed up promptly today & called when he was 2 hrs out & 15 min out. Ricky worked his butt off with no breaks that I saw. He is kind & courteous and answered all my questions throughly. Unfortunately he got bit by fire ants on my property & the start of shift. They're hard to see & EVERYWHERE! Been fighting them for a yr! He soldiered on without complaining & never mentioned it again. The 25 yr warranty & expert customer service is highly recommended to use PermaSeal USA.
