Our estimator, Ryan Moss, was a decent guy. This is not on him. So, about 3 or so years ago we had PermaSeal USA do their treatment on our wrap deck. This cost us a lot. It was significant for us. My husband Gary Collins & I paid our 1st installment for Perma Seal in April 2023 of a little over $7000 for sealing our deck, retaining wall & outside additional deck area. We paid the 2nd installment of the same amount when the job was done. Three years later, we are able to put our finger through the hand railing due to water not being repelled by the product.
