My husband Gary Collins & I paid our 1st installment for Perma Seal in April 2023 of a little over $7000 for sealing our deck, retaining wall & outside additional deck area. We paid the 2nd installment of the same amount when the job was done. Three years later, we are able to put our finger through the hand railing due to water not being repelled by the product.
