We are extremely pleased with our deck, patio and landscaping! The company was efficient and stuck to their timeline. The workers are friendly and professional and the project manager responded quickly to all of our emails. We highly recommend this company for your deck or landscaping needs!!

Kyle didn't complete our project and then stopped answering our calls. Funny someone mentioned suing him. We definitely thought about it after he stopped showing up and answering our phone calls. Figured it wouldn't be worth it for the few thousand dollars we might get. Now that things are falling apart, we're reconsidering. If you use them, I would suggest striking the arbitration clause from the contract so you don't have to worry about it if you do take them to court.
We used Kyle and his Permascapes team to rehab an entryway with stone pavers and create a rear patio with irregular pavers. Lots of detail work required, and they delivered. The masonry work--cutting pavers to fit on and around steps and on front patio, was particularly well done. Kyle was responsive the entire time. I'd use him and his crew again and recommend them without hesitation.
I highly recommend Permascapes if you are looking for excellent quality work and reliable company. I learned about this company after seeing work done in one of my neighbor's house. Kyle was an excellent communicator and provided tremendous help starting from choosing the right type of materials.
