Really friendly and very helpful
Superb service response. Everything delivered within 3 days of order. Very helpful delivery driver too, a refreshing change .
Can't complain about anything! Not sure why there are so many low reviews, the service and product are exceptional. Called at around 11am for a quote. Agreed the amount and went to collect 3 hours later. The lads helped me load up, and I was gone in 10 mins. The EDPM system is great, and the installation advice online was super clear. I've never fitted an EDPM solution before, but had the roof off, insulated and finished in a day. Thanks permaroof!
I ordered a Brett Martin roof lantern . Dealt with Blake and he was knowledgable and very efficient. The delivery went without hitch and they called an hour before as I requested. The driver was a fantastically helpful Ukrainian gentleman who helped me carefully offload in a difficult area. Upto fitting (2 months later ) I noticed a small crack in one corner hidden by a protective foam. I Emailed Blake with pics of the damage as requested by Charlotte. Good product, reasonable price, hence the one star. Issues were with the delivery timescale offered and the one provided. The “delivery information” section of the website provides that orders are sent same day, (or next day after 1400 hours), and sent for next working day delivery. There is nothing more detailed provided than this, just a simple timescale as above. I had no storage room and needed the order for Monday so I ordered late on Thursday.
