This contractor was working next door to one of my properties. He calls us out to the property and falsely claims we are "stealing water" from the property he is working on. I show him where that's not the case then he proceeds to knock on all my tenants doors and tell them the same thing. I guess his deal is he makes up something that needs to be done at your property then "offers" to fix it for a fee. He also offered to grade our back lot which absolutely did not need to be done.
