I cant believe the positive reviews. They take there sweet time to contact you and find for sure a reason to get out of there warranty responsibility.

This coverage was sold to me by the dealership and is definitely lacking in customer care. They find every chance they can to deny claims. My car is less than a year old and I made my first claim due to a rock hitting my windshield. I made a typo on the date that the incident occurred. I meant to put 2/21 and I put 2/1. I immediately reported the mistake, but they still denied the claim and stated that I would need proof that I fixed the damage at my own expense if I want to use their services on future claims. I work for a dealership and I will say Permaplate is the worst product out there I have ever seen. Interior / Exterior Protection blah blah blah... Every claim a customer files, they try everything to not pay it or are not straight forward. My client's 2021 G 63 AMG windshield is cracked and they aren't giving specific answers to our questions. BUYER BEWARE! This "service" is an absolute scam. We purchased a vehicle along with the Siskin "coverage" from Echo Park in New Braunfels. We were told the Siskin "protection" would cover any problems we encountered inside or outside of the vehicle. All we would need to do is contact Siskin and they would come to us and fix any problem.
