I had permanent eyeliner on my top eye lids in June 2018. Joann did a fantastic job. She was professional and caring. She explain the total procedure during the consultation, and each step before she proceeded during the procedure. Joann keep checking to make sure I was comfortable or needed a break during the process. I am very happy with the results. This was not the first time I had had permanent eyeliner.
