I cannot say enough about how much I love Svetlana!! She is very sweet and welcoming and is very good at everything she does. I was really interested in the permanent jewelry but I have major anxiety about not being able to remove things. She told me that she could add a clasp if I was interested in trying something. My boyfriend and I got our matching permanent bracelet for about a year. And it has been everything that I wanted. The bracelet never scratches my skin or get in the way. It feels so light on my arm. We LOVE the owner, she is very welcoming, easy to talk to, and the store is very clean. I would give this a 6 star if I could.
