Lovely experience. Beautiful pieces. Great customer service. I got a permanent bracelet back in September and it recently broke off. Nothing on the product quality, it was all me; unfortunately, I’m a bit rough on my hands etc. Anyhow, I reached out and was able to make a next day appointment for repair. Very beautiful anklet and a huge selection of jewelry. While it is a bit pricier than other permanent pieces I've had, I can tell the quality is much better and will hold up over time.
I was a little nervous about getting permanent jewelry. I had THE BEST experience at The Sparkle Bar studio. Not only is it a gorgeous space (I mean gggggorgeous!!) but Isabelle is so kind, her knowledge about the chains and charms put me at ease. She was so patient with me as I tried on so many different styles. They have both 14k gold, sterling silver and their INCREDIBLE enamel chains.
