It’s 10.04 am Saturday and their hours of operation are 10-4 and the clinic is yet not open!! Very unprofessional
Really appreciate the services provided by Permanent Drug Mart. The medicine is delivered on time as promised. Should definitely mention about the pharmacist Salman who is not only knowledgeable but also very kind at heart. He gives proper time to patients to address all their concerns. Thanks to Salman for taking initiative in suggesting customised medication & getting approval from doctor. He is awesome
Not happy at all. The young lady was very kind and polite. When I was there first time she explained everything about medicine very politely and thoroughly. But the guy with beard needs to learn some basic manners and decency. Saying "please" will not hurt you. It happened twice. Last time he did not explain how to use Glucometer properly , just half heartedly with half the information. When you deal with medicine and health care please make an effort to explain it politely.
