I am thrilled with service Janis provided. She went out of her way to listen to exactly what I wanted and then delivered. I love the subtle look of my permanent eyeliner. She was also incredibly conscientious with regards to numbing me before the procedure. I did not find this procedure painful at all, a bit uncomfortable at times but Janis provides friendly conversation to keep your mind of of that. Thanks so much, Janis!
