I had amazing experience
I got my brows done by Olga and they are uneven and too dark of a color for my blonde hair. I messaged for a touch up because I was not satisfied with the work and was told they were performed at a high standard and look good and I had to pay another $150 if I want a touch up. I called several other places and they all told me they do free touch ups and if the customer is not satisfied they make it right.
