Scheduled for an estimate, took off work and they didn't call or show. I had to call the office and the secretary said, "well I guess they just got busy." We rescheduled and the same thing has happened again. I've taken off work twice now to meet them and they were extremely inconsiderate of my time and not professional enough to even follow up. I would highly recommend another foundation company.
I had to give them one star in order to leave this review. Otherwise, I wouldn't given them any stars. Working with this company has been so very frustrating to say the least. The work that was initially done was not quality. I have had several other companies come out and look at their work and confirm this. I have been VERY disappointed with this company's lack of professionalism and follow-through. They have not kept ANY of the work appointments that have been made over the last two weeks.
