Anderson windows does not honor appointment times. After a prolonged intake process to schedule an appointment and making sure I had 90 minutes to get an estimate on 1 sliding glass door and insisting that my wife be present. Also follow up calls and me texting back I would be available. I was stood up by Anderson windows. No call, no show. Just had PermaView out out to replace 2 doors in our home. Long story short...I already knew the product was quality, it's the installation I am most concerned with. And, I'm happy to say their 40+ years experience really shined through. I highly recommend PermaView.
for weeks had to reach out to sales person to get any updates and to move forward, no initiative from the guy -when time for installation, contractor shows up, no safety equipment, ladder to the third floor window, huge fall risk -when removing old window, shatters glass everywhere and states “i usually tape the window” but says he didnt feel he needed to this time -i bring to attention of sales person, am told “accidents happen.
