I had a very pleasant experience, the job they performed was on a rental property in Bolingbrook and their Guy Mark was able to get out and look at the job on a Tuesday and schedule the work to be done the very next day. perma seal ended up saving me $1250 from another local plumber who over quoted what the job required. best part was the great communication AND the explanation of what they were doing. clean up was also done well in the work area.
amazing how dry my basement has become
Great Experience ! We had seepage in our basement walls that often cause pooling of water on the basement floor. We called Permaseal and sent a very knowledgeable and helpful service technician . He showed us the problem and provided us a couple of different options. The work was completed and the problem was fixed. We were very happy with Permaseal and would not hesitate to refer them.
