We have some spongy plywood...roof been getting wet the past few months. Can we just put a Perma-Roof over the top of this?
Some 4 years ago I had a Perma-Roof installed on my 1998 mobile home and I tell folks that the money spent on it was well worth it and more. The overhanging roof keeps water from running down the outside walls of the mobile home and preventing forever leaks around your windows and walls. My sister had this problem with her mobile home and and was forever caulking around windows and doors. The perma roof fixed this problem for good. Bud
